Please may I remind you that to register to the Nottinghamshire Girls and ladies Football league all completed registration forms must be received by the League secretary by no later than the 25th of June 2012. Any applications after this date will not be processed for the 2012/2013 season. This is required in order for us to get a complete picture of teams entered to establish a draft league format to be discussed at the AGM on the 2nd of july 2012.
I have today spoken with the Nottinghamshire FA and Team player retention forms will have been sent to all excising member clubs during the month of April, all re registration forms will go out via email to all Club Secretaries. They will already have the players names from the previous season on so all that will be required will be the players and parents signatures if they want to sign on for the same team. The secretaries are asked to distribute these to the relevant teams to complete and send back to their respective league registrar, which will be printed on the form.
It is important that each team clearly indicates what they want their team to be called including any colours along with age groups so it can be processed as soon as possible and correctly.
the Notts FA ask for the re registration forms to be completed and returned back to them by the 16th July 2012 so they can guarantee for them to be processed and ready by the start of the season. they do still accept these forms after this date, however they cannot guarantee they will be ready for the start of the season. The earlier you get them in the earlier they will be processed.
New Player Registrations If Clubs have a new player who wishes to sign for a team, then these forms are available from our Notts FA website. We find that it is easier for all Clubs if they are accessible at all times. Please see below the link that will direct you to the page you need, http://www.nottinghamshirefa.com/Governance/PlayerRegistrations/ Please ensure that new registrations have 2 identical photos attached in order that the Nottinghamshire FA is able to issue a temporary card if needed. The process is exactly the same as dealing with the re registration forms in the respect that they must be completed and sent back to the Nottinghamshire FA as soon as possible
